I’m currently catching up on SNW (and my goodness, it’s spectacular), and was left wanting more after the episode that inspired this story. This fic is a perfect salve to that itch - you’ve given us a great and satisfying epilogue to that episode, one which is well-written, well-characterized and feels very true to the canon. I like La’an very much, and hope she gets to have a connection like this in canon eventually. Thank you so much for writing and sharing this with us!
