    The hostages have been rescued, but Khan is now fully in command of a Federation starship. It was tough to see the strike team killed off piecemeal, and I wonder why Enterprise didn't simply beam the eight Augments guarding the hostages into space, and then retrieve the civilians? Regardless, it's now up to Captain LeFevre to prevent Khan's escape aboard Portland. Khan has far less experience in ship-to-ship combat, but he's highly intelligent, very desperate, and likely to take risks our Starfleet friends are unable or unwilling to.
