Wow, a lot to unpack here. Sisters serving aboard the same ship, one as the captain. Sisters with very disparate upbringings who remember their parents very differently. It looks like the past is never far from either of them, and they've carried it with them far into their Starfleet careers. It's a fascinating dynamic, and makes me want to know more about them! Nicely done.
