    Now I really, really want Plo and the other Jedi to actually meet a Vulcan, and find out what they think of them. I'm just picturing them running into a kolinahr master or a priestess from Seleya and getting an inkling of what a Vulcan brain can do...

      I have PLANS for this that I'm really excited about. A large part of those plans hinge on Chester's mental disciplines going no further than those taught to children--the sorts of things needed for basic politeness and not hurting yourself or others. Other things come later, and meeting an actual Vulcan is going to be a very different experience. With a certain amount of "oh so THAT'S why they're like that" on Plo's part.
