Comment on Early Warning

  1. Another great chapter. I’m seeing a lot of great character development of them both.

It had to be hard for Chester to admit that Trujillo was a hero and she had studied her career and logs. And I love the fact that she tells Trujillo only a little bit of the future, but imparts to her the important facts—that she knows Trujillo’s era was relatively peaceful, there are pitfalls that could really booger up the timeline.

Of course, one of those promising young officers is on Trujillo’s ship; I think J’etris recognized her.

Both segments of crews seemed to be remarkably chill and professional about the revelations of what they see.

    Looking forward to more!

Well done, and thank you both!

    1. I'd like to think both crews are seasoned and inured to strange situations. And oh, yes, J'etris knows all about Rachel Garrett and what she signifies for future Klingon/Federation relations.

    2. Yeah, going "Specifically, if Ensign Garrett dies, we're all screwed" is rather frowned upon by DTI, so Chester had to figure out a more delicate way of putting it... :D
