I am guessing this Selleck is of the Vulcan variety, rather than the Tom variety. I'm also guessing that some Pon Farr may have been involved, hence the 'murder' aspect of her not having engaged him in physical intimacy. Given her strong moral code, I can see the attractiveness of marriage under the circumstances, I merely wonder if these two are similar enough in disposition for that to work?
It should prove a fascinating relationship in any event.
