Ooof, Glal's dressing down! Painful for the both of them. I mean, I quite like how he handled it, but you do a good job showing why Trujillo would be disappointed and what the potential repercussions are.
The whole section with Glal talking to Rachel was touching; survivors guilt is a hard thing to overcome. I think he and Trujillo will patch things up -- at least, I sure hope so! -- but it definitely added a painful weight to the service, their disconnect.
I actually really like K'mpec already. LOL! He and Scotty would agree on the Thai, no doubt.

Yeah, it's never easy when your right-hand person screws up royally. And yes, with the sudden loss of Feynman things just got far more serious than the loss of a single beloved crew member.
