    Well, at least it’s all getting out in the open now. Even if Piper still doesn’t trust Chester or anyone.

    Love how y’all reveal the layers of them both, to each other and to the reader. They still don’t know whether to trust each other, and I’m not sure I do, either.

      Thank you! Yes, Piper has more than sufficient reasons for mistrust, and so does Chester, at this point. The difference is, Chester doesn't have as much leeway to indulge hers as Piper does...
