  1. Glad things have settled down a bit.

    I appreciate the recognition that each of the postludes couldbe an ending. I loved figuring out how to make each one build, though be a complete scene in themselves.

    Sometimes I just can’t help myself

    on the rug-pulling.

    All of these relationships—there’s nothing simple about any of them—and that’s without the added complexity of the relationship dynamics of different species. I’m hoping for the complexity to make them richer and more fulfilling.

    T’Varilyn continues to guide them, separately and together, though mostly separately. I think that she probably influences the rest of their extended bond, including Decker, as she influences Chandra.

    You’ve pointed out something that has really resonated to me, that Decker is used to reading signals in various types of relationships. I think it has made it stronger for her to form her own relationships (or avoid them, if the case is ever needed).
