It is interesting following Piper’s thought processes and patterns as he thinks through everything. I’m trying to tell if the paranoia is just that, or is someone really is trying to kill him. You write it so masterfully that I can’t tell.
And then Chester, dueling a bit with DeWinter, as she tries to piece this whole thing together.
Thank you! And yes, that *is* a good question, isn't it... Chester is more trusting than Piper is, and which of them is right...? Because if she's wrong, she's dead, and Piper is arguably even worse than dead. And DeWinter is still out there, plotting.
