It was dark in outer space. It was always dark in outer space. The stars might always give out its light, but they have dim light in space. Everyone in a starship knows that. It didn’t matter what starship you are on. What matters is if the starship is strong enough for outer space.
“Things has gone smoothly, Captain,” said the brown haired ensign. James T. Kirk gave some thought to what the ensign has said. Things has gone smoothly for the past week.
“Be careful, ensign. You don’t know when things can go wrong,” said Captain Kirk. He should know. Things has gone wrong before. He try not to remember how many times where things has gone wrong. He also remember how many times he or the others has managed to get out of trouble. This starship has try to keep them out of trouble, but it wasn’t always successful.
“The captain has a point. I lost count of how many times, the Enterprise has managed to get us out of trouble. I’m glad that it does, or none of us will be alive, now,” said the Vulcan first officer.
“You need not remind me, Mister Spock. I’m just glad that things are doing smoothly. I’m going to enjoy it while it last,” said the ensign. The ensign went back to his work, while Mister Spock returned to his research hoping that things won’t go wrong again. The end, for now.
