All episodes of the series are formatted SHORTCODE S00E00: Episode Title. The following shortcodes are canon for the archive:
ENT - Enterprise
DSC - Discovery
SNW - Strange New Worlds
TOS - The Original Series
TNG - The Next Generation
DS9 - Deep Space Nine
VOY - Voyager
PIC - Picard
LDS - Lower Decks
PRO - Prodigy
So, an episode tag would look like this: TNG S05E25: The Inner Light
Movies, on the other hand, would go a bit differently. For instance, Star Trek III - The Search for Spock would be the canon tag for that movie. But for Trek movies without a number, it would just be Star Trek: First Contact. Or, for the AOS timeline, Star Trek (2009) for the first movie, since JJ didn't feel it necessary to give it a proper title beyond that.
